I'm Thooyavan Manivaasakar, an engineering leader with 16+ years building and scaling SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and AI-driven products. Currently at New Relic, I'm driving company-wide AI-first transformation — owning the enterprise AI platform, architecting AI-native systems integrated into observability, and building a large-scale enterprise knowledge platform processing data across ~3.5 million repositories, documents, and enterprise sources. I also lead the AI Community of Practice and establish AI governance frameworks across the organization.

Previously, I built HappyFox's AI platform from the ground up — driving 125% ARR growth through autonomous agents, intelligent assistants, and hybrid retrieval. Earlier as VP Engineering at Xebo.ai, I led a 567% ARR transformation across 25+ enterprise deployments in 4 regions with DR, and served as acting CISO across SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO. Recognized by OpenAI for contributions to the Evals project; shipped the first gen-AI analytics platform in the XM space — winning Emirates Airlines.
